A cook fries minced meatballs known as Ürgüp köftesi in the small kitchen of the Tık Tık Kadın Emeği restaurant in Ürgüp, Turkey. Founded in 2018, the women's cooperative funds scholarships for around 50 female students with its proceeds and was named a Michelin Guide "Recommended Restaurant" in 2026.
