Woolwich barracks troops are making their own christmas pudding . For the first time men of the Royal Artillery at Woolwich Barracks are making their own Christmas puddings instead of buying them from outside . Six hundred men have to be catered for in the messroom and the work of preparing and mixing the puddings has already commenced . Liberal quantities of brand and stout are the most popular ingrediants . Photo shows , cheers for the cook and the puddings at woolwich barracks . 7 December 1935
