The Battle of Vukovar was the largest battle in the Homeland War, which lasted from 1991 to 1995. It was an 87-day siege of the Croatian city of Vukovar by the Yugoslav People's Army, with the help of Serb paramilitary forces from August to November 1991 during the Homeland War.
