Tokyo, Japan - March 13: People in costumes of Shinsengumi, a group of Samurais of late 1800's, showed the spectators some famous scenes of battles that the group had as a part of Hino Shinsengumi Festival at Hino, Tokyo, Japan, on May 13, 2012. Since some of the members were born in this town, and Shinsengumi was still popular nowadays, the festival was started 14 years ago as a part of revitalization of the town. Although the festival was canceled at noon due to two suspicious calls to bomb the city hall, where markets and events were held, the march was held at streets far away from the hall. There were approximately 860 people joined the march.
