President Harry Truman walks past reporters in the telephone booths the Old State Department Building. They are reporting back to their headquarters after Truman's press conference, April 27, 1950. It was the first conference to require newsmen to remain seated and arise and identify themselves when asking questions. (BSLOC 2015 2 238)
