John Halstead, from Chesire, leads a group of concerned local residents from Cheshire into the Royal Courts of Justice in central London. The group were attending a two-day High Court Review which will consider the development of a Scottish Power gas storage plant which is set to be built near the Biley Bypass in Cheshire and which is vehemently opposed by thousands of local residents. .
