Floral tributes build up outside St. Giles garrison church, Warminster where the 1st Battallion of the Black Watch are currently based. Three soldiers from the Black Watch were killed during a suicide car bomb attack at a vehicle checkpoint in Iraq yesterday. Private Paul Lowe, 19, Sergeant Stuart Gray, 31, and Private Scott McArdle, 22, who all came from Fife, died in the blast. 06/11/04: The three Black Watch soldiers killed in Iraq will be remembered alongside those who died in previous conflicts at a service of remembrance. In one of the largest ceremonies in Scotland, war veterans, representatives of the armed forces and emergency services will gather at Dundee's Caird Hall for the annual Festival of Remembrance.
