Aside from natural desasters such as floods or storms, that day could also involve a terrorist attack. Every variation is considered a possibility, be it an attack with chemicals, bio weapons, poison or a sabotage of installations vital to the country's infrastructure involving energy, traffic, water supplies or communication.
