ARCHIVE IMAGES: Chelmsford, Essex, UK. An inquest has held today (26/10/2012) into the fatal road traffic collision between a Toyota Yaris and a fire engine at Basildon in September 2011. The collision occurred on the 9th September 2011 when the fire engine was en-route to an emergency call. The driver of the Toyota, mother of three, Martha Gakonde, died at the scene. The inquest concluded accidental death.
