"Evenlode", c1883. Cotton chintz designed by William Morris. Produced by Morris & Co. William Morris (1834-1896), was an English textile designer, artist and writer. The prominent socialist was closely associated with the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood and English Arts and Crafts Movement.
