Christmas Cheer from America for bombed and evacuated London children. Children at the WVS Nursery at Hanover Lodge, Regent's Park who are waiting to be evacuated to nurseries in the country, received their Christmas gifts at a party at which Mr Bernard Carter, the American Red Cross delegate in Great Britain, acted as Father Christmas. Mr Bernard Carter with a happy little girl after she received her gift. - 20th December 1941
