A pair of flintlock traveler's pistols, Bizalion in St. Etienne, circa 1780. Round screw barrels with lugs, twelve-groove rifled bores in 10 mm calibre, engraved decoration on top of the barrels, and little remnants of bluing and gilding. Flintlocks with the engraved signature, "Bizalion à St. Etienne". Lightly carved walnut stocks with smooth, iron furniture.
