. A close-up of Tunnock's dark chocolate confectionery displays blue-and-gold foil-wrapped tea cakes alongside rectangular dark chocolate caramel wafer biscuit packs. The circular foil wrappers carry repeated star-shaped emblems and Tunnock's lettering; their crumpled metallic surfaces catch the light around the edges of the arrangement. The contrast between the flattened paper-like wafer packets and the moulded, crumpled foil around the tea cakes is particularly clear. Some packet ends and folds conceal small parts of the printed text, while an exposed side panel provides a closer view of ingredient labelling and product identification. The sweets are grouped on a household plate in a consumer product still life. White, blue and gold caramel wafer packets overlap behind them. One packet is turned over, revealing a barcode, printed ingredients and other product information, while the exposed fronts show the large blue CARAMEL name and the DARK CHOCOLATE COATED description. A 30g weight marking is visible on the packaging. The mixture of front and reverse wrappers distinguishes this particular composition by giving both the branding and the consumer labelling a prominent place in the photograph. Tunnock's is a family-owned confectionery manufacturer based in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, known for its individually wrapped tea cakes and caramel wafers. Its tea cakes combine a biscuit base with a soft mallow filling under chocolate; its caramel wafers contain layered wafer and caramel. The tightly framed arrangement concentrates on the texture of the foil, the printed packet typography and the presentation of two familiar Scottish sweet products.
