Ama diver Kimiyo Hayashi demonstrates how to put on the diving goggles known as the Ama-Mega, Shima, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Ama divers dive to depths of up to 10 metres, remain underwater for around one minute, and spend approximately three to four hours in the water every day. The Ama-Mega goggles have been in use since around 1878.
