Self-service wine cellar at the Auberge restaurant Chez Cul de Paille in Poitiers. Guests go to the cellar room and choose a bottle of wine to accompany their meal. Prices are displayed on the wine boxes. Guests take the bottle to their table themselves, where it is opened by the staff. One of the special features of the Auberge Le Cul de Paille is that guests can choose their own table wine in the cellar and that many famous artists, such as Jaques Brel, have immortalised themselves on the walls with autographs, sayings and drawings.
