Tour guide Katell Nicoux leads the way in a high-visibility vest and a green helmet. The narrow road runs between cornfields near Saintes, close to the Charente. The route mostly runs through gently undulating to flat terrain. La Flow Vélo covers around 400 kilometres from Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Périgord to the Île d'Aix off the Atlantic coast. The group is on a guided cycling tour by Die Landpartie along the Charente. Route de Saint-Thomas, Nouvelle
