Detroit, Michigan USA - 9 April 2016 - A vintage base ball game, with rules and uniforms from the 1860s, is played to say farewell to Navin Field. As Navin Field and later Tiger Stadium, the field was home to the Detroit Tigers from 1912-1999. Since then, the field has been maintained by volunteers; it will now be redeveloped as a retail and residential complex with a playing field for youth sports. After sliding into home, a player gets a hand from the opposing catcher. Credit: Jim West/Alamy Live News
