Manage images
Your images have successfully passed through quality control and are almost ready to sell. Now you need to annotate your images before we can make them available for sale. The information you provide will determine how well an image performs: how and where an image is found, its price, salability and may affect the income you earn. So please make sure you annotate honestly and accurately, not only to secure sales, but to gain and maintain customer confidence.
The process
- You have all the tools you need to manage your images in My Alamy.
- Annotate your images by:
- choosing a licence.
- providing release information.
- adding restrictions.
- creating pseudonyms.
- indicating whether an image is a cut-out, digitally altered or an illustration.
- adding captions, keywords and descriptions.
- using additional annotation options.
- You can revisit your images to add or delete images, change keywords and pseudonyms at any time.
