Collection of old U-bahn maps The control room operated, 616 railway lines, 99 signals and 103 switches between 1931 and 1983. The Berlin Underground museum was opened in 1997 and records a 100 years of Berlin underground history. Many of the exhibits come from the collection of previous manager Klaus Siepert
