Town of Wallasey, England. Picturesque view of Fort Perch Rock located at the mouth of the Mersey Estuary. Fort Perch Rock was constructed on the Mersey estuary as a coastal defence battery during the 1820’s. The fort was decommissioned in 1954 and is now a museum and visitor attraction.
