According to the representatives of Fukushima Disaster Plaintiffs Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) has failed to respond properly to the nuclear accident and committed a crime to led release a huge amount of water contaminated with radioactive substances into the ocean since the 3.11 meltdown at Fukushima Daiichi.
