The iconic Harbor Drive Pedestrian Bridge connects Petco Park (home of the San Diego Padres Major League Baseball Team) to the San Diego Bay and is considered the longest, self-anchored pedestrian bridge in the world. Constructed in 2011 in downtown San Diego, California, this futuristic-looking bridge measures 550-feet long and was designed at a 60-degree angle. It connects the convention center to downtown San Diego, as well as the famed Gaslamp district, Petco Park and the East Village area. (Wikipedia, atlasobscura)
