Thehouse and garden-ground included in the lease were situatedat the north-east corner of the close, beyond the Kings Ditch(fig. 1). The lease describes them as : All that messuage or Tenement, situate and being on the Westside of the South End of Fair Yard Lane in the Parish of Saint. Fig. 2.
