Superyacht Phi, owned by a Russian businessman, was impounded by the National Crime Agency in March 2022. Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said the detention would send a "stark warning to Putin and his cronies." The name 'Phi" refers to the mathematical constant for the golden ratio, which is an irrational number approximating to 1.61803
