GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba – Motor Vessel Houston, an oil tanker contracted by the Military Sealift Command, docks at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay in support of Operation Unified Response, Jan. 19, 2010. Houston was chartered from Norfolk, Va., to bring additional fuel to Guantanamo Bay, which serves as a logistical hub in the humanitarian assistance mission to assist the victims of the Jan. 12, 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
