RM2HTKFTJ–London, England, UK 1 March 2022 The last three defendants from the Stop HS2 occupation of Euston Square Gardens protest camp, appear at Highbury Magistrates Court, over a year after the camp was evicted. Seventy three year old Marion Hoffman, Giovanni Assenza and Christopher Court Dobson were all found guilty. Ms Hoffman and Mr Assenza were given a twelve month conditional discharge and a £222 fine, while Mr Court Dobson, due to his previous convictions in relation to environmental activism was given a 12 month community order not to step foot on HS2 owned land for 12 months and a £295 fine.
