RM2H7NECN–Protest banners against the unfairness of cladding costs which have been passed on to leaseholders of an apartment block at Cooperative House at Peckham Rye in south London, on 22nd November 2021, in London, England. After the Grenfell fire disaster that killed 72 in 2017, the nationwide problem of combustible cladding has hit apartment owners who are not protected by the government from further costs. Although some cladding on the front of this block has been removed, there is more cladding on the back of the building and further safety work is required.
