A new art piece dedicated to the late Amy Winehouse has appeared in the singer's home area of Camden. The Earl of Camden pub has become the latest setting for London-based street artist Pegasus' work, with the talented artist creating his work on the wall outside the pub. The striking image of the singer coincides with a new exhibition on Winehouse at the Jewish Museum, which launched this month (03Jul13). Two years ago, after the singer's passing, the first piece of art appeared in another part of Camden in tribute, also by Pegasus. A 2,000 year old Jewish scroll, an original page of the Book of Isaiah, is to be exhibited at teh British Museum. It is part of teh Bible manuscripts. 1,000 years older than any before known, which were found by wandering Arab in a cave near the Dead Sea in 1947. The page was brought to London by Dr. E.L.Sukenik, a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Dr. Sukenik said that there was evidence that other scrolls may be found in the sea area.
