Japanese ingredients such as ponzu sauce meet the most tender beef from Mecklenburg. In a light miso broth the beef is cooked as well as a large selection of vegetables. Ponzu sauce, soy sauce and sesame sauce are served for seasoning. A nice melange of Asian lightness and down-to-earth ingredients from the region.
