The hanging followed a ''Public Trial of Mao Tse-tung'' at a street corner rally near the lamp-post. Speakers at the ''trial'', organised by Burrabazer Youth Moreha (society) condemned Mao as the enemy of the democracy and world peace. They said the Chinese blasting of hydrogen bomb proved that Mao and his followers loathe all world efforts to ban nuclear arms and was thus pushing the nations towards a third world war
