In the last 7 years the rising sea has eaten away at the beach advancing 35 metres and now is just a few metres away from his home and the village. In a desperate bid to protect his village he has built a defence against the waves using driftwood and bags full of plastic waste that washes up on the shores. He knows it will not defeat the see rising but he and his family have no where else to go.
