Paul Boulanger, an engineer, recently left Cuba for France to complete the nego- tiations for the construction of a sugar central in Oriente Province. Sr. Boulanger, according to report, has contracted for all the machinery and build- ings required for the new estate, which is known as the "Borjita" and will be built at Dos Caminos, near San Luis, the latter the junction of the Cuba Railroad and the Guantanamo and Western.
