The Second Italo-Ethiopian War, aka the Second Italo-Abyssinian War, was a war of aggression which was fought between Italy and Ethiopia from October 1935 to February 1937. 200,000 Italian soldiers commanded by Marshal Emilio De Bono attacked from their territory in Eritrea. In the war, mustard gas was used despite this being a violation of the Geneva Convention.Support was provided to Italy by Nazi Germany.
