RMKYJTFH–Warrant Officer Dustin Cade Lewis (hometown Mount Washington, KY) is the son of Ron Lewis, and Rhonda and Phillip Moore. Warrant Officer Lewis currently has 76 credit hours from Kentucky Community College and holds an AGR position in Human Resources. Warrant Officer Lewis enlisted in the Kentucky Army National Guard 12 November 2004 and has had two deployments, first with the 198th Military Police Battalion to Afghanistan (2006-2007) and next with the 1204th Aviation Support Battalion to Kuwait (2011-2012) (CERT ONLY)
