Westminster Cathedral, Francis Street, Westminster, London. The Roman Catholic cathedral was built in the Byzantine style to designs by John Francis Bentley, using alternating bands of brick and Portland stone. Funds were limited, so decoration was restricted. It was completed in 1903.
