More information:

Rebari are semi-nomadic pastoralists living in western India, in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat. Staunch hindus, they believe they are the descendants of Shiva, one of the main hindu gods. Because they are still living in a traditional way, Indian authorities consider them as a backward community, a status which permit to have facilities in the fields of public employment and education.
