A replica Sans Pareil steam locomotive situated at the National Railway Museum's Shildon (Locomotion) site. The Sans Pareil, designed by Timothy Hackworth, and built in 1829, took part in the celebrated Rainhill Trials, intended to select suitable locomotives for work on the Liverpool to Manchester railway in 1829.
