The Prospect Inn of 1939, now a Holiday Inn Express, stands at a road junction near Manston Airport in Kent. The building, by Oliver Hill, is characterised by its curved 'Cunard' lines and the mast rising from the upper storey - this originally supported an electrically lit star. The overall design extended to the interior with inlaid linoleum floors with giant leaf patterns. A curving name sign originally stood on the top of the small curving wall. Although the building is still standing many of its details have been lost. It is Grade II listed.
Location: Minster-in-Thanet, Kent, England.
