Simca Fulgur was a concept car designed in 1958 by Robert Opron. The car was designed to show what a car might look like in the year 2000 and featured voice control, radar and of course was atomic powered. Simca (Société Industrielle de Mécanique et Carrosserie Automobile, Mechanical and Automotive Body Manufacturing Company) was a short lived French automaker founded by Fiat in 1934 and bought out by Chrysler in the 1970s who stopped using the brand in 1978.
