Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt. speaks on Capitol Hill , about President Bush's judicial nomination. The committee agreed to delay for one week a final vote on the nomination of Judge Charles Pickering to be judge of the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal in New Orleans.
