Prussia: A helmet of 1860 pattern for reserve officers, of the infantry. A well-preserved leather skull, with two assymetrically placed holes underneath the plate, and a slight dent on the rear peak. Gilt brass mountings, a plume holder with a black parade horsehair plume, and a frosted gilt plate overlaid with a reserve cross. Flat chinscales, and an officers' pattern state cockade on the right side. Red leather liner with slight traces of wear.
