Thousands of Londoners came to Trafalgar Square to attend a vigil called by London Mayor Sadiq Khan to show their respect for those killed and injured in yesterday's terror attack and to insist that Londoners will not be cowed and stand together against hatred and division. After speeches by police, Home Secretary and the Mayor there was a minute's silence and three large candles were lit. Many in the crowd also held candles or flowers and laid them in the square.
