Llanelwedd, UK. 21st July 2014. Exhibitors tend to their livestock behind the scenes after a blistering hot day. A record numbers of visitors in excess of 240,000 are expected this week over the four day period of Europe’s largest agricultural show. Livestock classes and special awards have attracted 8,000 plus entries, 670 more than last year. The first ever Royal Welsh Show was at Aberystwyth in 1904 and attracted 442 livestock entries.
