Honoring the top three traffic policemen of Munich, 1952. "On and at the new traffic tower at the Karlsplatz (Stachus) the top three traffic policemen of the city of Munich will be honored and presented with prizes. The pulpit was erected on 13.12. this deadline was probably merged with the ceremony. One of the initiators was Werner Friedmann and his ""Traffic Parliament"", which organized different actions for road safety. The picture shows one of the distinguished traffic policemen. At the foot of the traffic tower one can recognize the gift baskets and prizes (mostly expensive food).". Date created: 13/12/1952-31/12/1952
