London office worker Michelle Dolbear feeds the pigeons in Trafalgar Square, London. A pigeon food seller in the square was on a collision course with London Mayor Ken Livingstone after defying an order banning him from trading at the historic site. * Bernard Rayner, who has sold pigeon food there all his life, defiantly set up his stall under the threat of eviction, 24 hours after his licence to sell pigeon feed to tourists expired. 7/2/2001: The last pigeon food vendor in Trafalgar Square was launching his High Court battle against London mayor Ken Livingstone for the legal right to go on feeding the birds. Bernard Rayner faces eviction from the pitch in the capital's famous tourist spot which has been occupied by his family for more than half a century.
