The formation commemorates the last flying display season for the Vulcan , which is the last aircraft of its type to be seen in the skies since their withdrawal from active service. The biggest military air show in the country attracted large sell-out crowds, who also say flypasts by the Battle of Britain Memorial flight which this year commemorates 75 years since the Battle of Britain.
