Emsworth is a small town on the south coast of england on the border of Hampshire with West Sussex in the havant district, it is within Chichester Harbour on a shallow inlet to the english channel it is also on the River Ems. It was famed for its oyster trade, the beds which are no longer in use can be seen at low tide along the key. It has a small basin or harbour which is used for recreational sailing.
