They are accused of planning a bomb attack on the Jewish centre in Munich on 09 November 2003 during the laying of the cornerstone by the German President Johannes Rau. The attack was foiled by police through the use of undercover officers and wiretapping. The Neo Nazis are also accused of being members of a terrorist organization. The trial takes thus place under heavy security measures.
