(dpa) - A view of a mountain of confiscated toy guns in a container on the premises of the German military camp in Kabul, Afghanistan, 5 August 2003. The toy guns are being collected in order to prevent children to get used to playing war games. The responsibility of public safety lies with the International Securtiy Assistance Force (ISAF) which is directly responsible to NATO since the 11 August 2003. In future soldiers and the helpers of civilian help organisations shall work together in so called PRTs (Provincial Reconstruction Team) for the reconstruction of the country. The German army is currently examining the engagement and efficiency of such regional teams.
