Chicago, IL, USA. 12th June, 2016. The 33rd annual Chicago Blue's Festival from June 10-12 had a stellar line-up this year. The Festival gave tribute to legendary blues guitarist Otis Rush. On Sunday night, Otis Rush appeared on stage, along with Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel who declared June 12th as Otis Rush Day in Chicago.
